Video 4, Week Three


To clarify these instructions…we have a list of negative experiences (the things that still sting) and we are ready  to flip. We create an affirmation which transforms those negative experiences. 

Take your time with this step, even if it takes more than one day to go through. Really honor the emotion you want to flip. It’s okay to feel that way. However, it’s not okay to continue to feel that way because of an experience that is holding your happiness ransom. 

Next video, we will be writing the affirmations on the cards.
